Always used Braun razors. Starting around 1992, I only use Oral-B toothbrushes (made with Braun).
I always bought and shaved with razors for 50-200 dollars and, in principle, they completely suited me. After a more expensive razor was stolen from me, I used the temporarily cheap Braun CruZer4 (about 50 euros).
Attention: I do not have very thick stubble! But I shave every day. (It is important)
Immediately after the first shave, I tried to hand the razor back. But even in the EU after the "examination" they returned it to me with the explanation that it had already been used.
What is good about the Braun 9 Series:
1. This is a high-quality (I assume for all previous options unkillable) German product.
2. Gently shaves
3. You can not shave every day, it removes a large stubble without problems.
4. Shaves fairly clean, almost like a machine.
5. Has a good margin and an indicator of the amount of remaining charge.
What is wrong with her:
1. The most important thing is that its advantages are not 4 times better than the price, in comparison with cheap analogues. Those. in fact, in my opinion, 100-120 euros for her ceiling. About the price without shares in the region of 350-400 euros, I consider it completely insane;
2. I used to go on trips with a small briefcase (my option) - you have to be prepared to put this “iron” in it. In addition, the total portfolio weight is increasing;
3. You have to constantly drive your face with a kind of “iron”, which, by the way, will still meet the bristles with the same edge of the round head as on the cheapest razor, cheaper razors are more compact and lighter;
4. The hairs growing along the skin should also be removed with a trimmer (it’s good even if it is straight)
5. Consumables - mesh knives (head cover) costs 50 euros, compared to 20-25 for cheaper options.
In general, I think the purchase is a waste of money. I had to leave it as a home option. I think that it would be optimal to buy 3-5 Series.
